Terms & Conditions

We strive to get all orders placed out for delivery within 24 hours of receipt as we appreciate and understand your need for the Anti-Knuckling Device, or any of the other products available on the site. Please note that all orders received after 4 pm PST/PDT will ship the following business day. We do ship orders on Saturday that are received before 4 pm on Friday. All orders placed during the weekend, and after 4 pm on Friday, will not ship until Monday.

Our Warranty & Return Policy:

Canine Mobility LLC guards against defects in materials and workmanship. We do not cover damage due to excessive wear, or in the case of alteration of the original product by the purchaser. Defective devices should be returned to Canine Mobility and will replaced at no charge.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the Anti-Knuckling Device, the Help ‘Em Up Harness, or any other product offered on our site we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of your order confirmation that shows your full name, shipping address and date of purchase when returning the product. We will refund the cost of the product minus the cost of shipping, which is non-refundable.
